Διαχείριση εργαζομένων μέσω της τεχνητής νοημοσύνης (ΤΝ)

Τα επιτυχημένα διοικητικά στελέχη επιδιώκουν να διασφαλίζουν την παραγωγικότητα, να παροτρύνουν τους εργαζομένους και να δημιουργούν θετική ατμόσφαιρα στο εργασιακό περιβάλλον. Η τεχνητή νοημοσύνη (ΤΝ) και τα συστήματα που βασίζονται σε αλγόριθμους μπορούν να βοηθήσουν τα διοικητικά στελέχη αυτοματοποιώντας τα καθήκοντα διαχείρισης στους χώρους εργασίας. Η αυτοματοποίηση μπορεί να εξασφαλίσει τη βέλτιστη δυνατή οργάνωση της εργασίας τόσο για τους εργοδότες όσο και για τους εργαζομένους. Παραδείγματος χάρη, οι αλγόριθμοι μπορούν να προβλέπουν τη μελλοντική ζήτηση των πελατών, ώστε οι βάρδιες να μπορούν να προγραμματίζονται σε συνάρτηση με το απαιτούμενο προσωπικό και να αποφεύγονται οι αρνητικές επιπτώσεις της υποστελέχωσης. Η αλγοριθμική διαχείριση εργαζομένων μπορεί επίσης να χρησιμοποιηθεί για την ανάθεση καθηκόντων στους εργαζομένους ανάλογα με τις ικανότητες και τις δεξιότητές τους.

Ωστόσο, υπάρχουν αρκετοί ψυχοκοινωνικοί κίνδυνοι που πρέπει να ληφθούν υπόψη. Το πιο κοινό παράπονο είναι ότι οι εργαζόμενοι νιώθουν μειωμένη αυτονομία επειδή η ικανότητά τους να λαμβάνουν αποφάσεις είναι περιορισμένη. Νιώθουν ότι δεν έχουν πλέον τον έλεγχο της εργασίας τους. Επιπλέον, νιώθουν ότι πιέζονται να εργάζονται με ταχύτερους ρυθμούς, γεγονός που προκαλεί εργασιακό στρες, ζητήματα υγείας και ατυχήματα.

Για να διασφαλιστεί ότι τα συστήματα διαχείρισης της εργασίας που βασίζονται στην ΤΝ έχουν θετικό αντίκτυπο, είναι σημαντική η συνεργασία με τους εργαζομένους για την εμπέδωση της εμπιστοσύνης. Η εμπιστοσύνη ξεκινά από τη διαβούλευση με τους εργαζομένους και τη δυνατότητα συμμετοχής τους στον σχεδιασμό και την εφαρμογή συστημάτων αλγοριθμικής διαχείρισης. Η διαφάνεια είναι καθοριστικό στοιχείο.
